What's Included for $160/hour:

Initial Consultations: Includes history-taking, physical assessment, hands on treatment, goal setting

Subsequent Consultations: Continuation of care, hands-on treatment, exercise progression and 1:1 exercise supervision. Revision of goals as and when needed.

All Equipment Provided: Massage table, dumbbells, resistance bands, premium massage lotion, acupuncture needles, etc.

Medicare & Private Health Rebates

✔ Medicare CDM Rebate Available (Previously EPC – referral required from your GP).
✔ Enquire regarding your private health insurance (Some accepted, also check your fund for eligibility).

Travel Fees

✔ FREE travel within 30 minutes of Burleigh Heads.

✔ Travel beyond 30 minutes is charged at $160 per hour, prorated based on travel time.

Example:

• If your location is 45 minutes away, an additional $40 travel fee applies (15 minutes of travel time beyond the free zone).

• If your location is 1 hour away, an additional $80 travel fee applies (30 minutes of travel time beyond the free zone).
